Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Basement Waterproofing Atlanta for services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable federal, state of Georgia, and local laws and regulations.

2. Services We Provide

Basement Waterproofing Atlanta provides foundation repair & basement waterproofing services including:

3. Free Inspections and Estimates

Our in-home inspection is provided at no cost and carries no obligation. Any estimate issued after an inspection is based on conditions observed at the time of the visit. Concealed conditions discovered once work begins, such as hidden rot, unexpected soil conditions, or previously undisclosed prior repairs, may change the scope and price. Any such change will be documented and agreed with you before the additional work proceeds.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD and are project-based, determined after the free in-home inspection. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the document. Payment terms, deposits, and financing arrangements are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

5. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellation

You agree to provide safe access to the work areas, including basements, crawl spaces, and the exterior perimeter of the property, and to secure pets during scheduled visits. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Weather and site conditions can require rescheduling, and we will contact you as early as possible if that happens.

6. Workmanship and Warranty

Structural repairs are backed by a nationally supported, fully transferable life-of-structure warranty, subject to the terms of the warranty document issued on completion of your project. Warranty coverage, exclusions, and transfer procedures are defined in that document, which takes precedence over any general description on this website.

7. Homeowner Responsibilities

  • Disclose known prior repairs, buried utilities, septic systems, and irrigation lines
  • Obtain any HOA or landlord approvals required before work begins
  • Maintain gutters, downspouts, and grading so water is routed away from the foundation
  • Follow any maintenance instructions provided with installed systems, including sump pump testing

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Basement Waterproofing Atlanta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgia law.

9. Website Content

Information published on this site, including guides and cost discussion, is general in nature and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection of your specific property. All content, graphics, and logos on this site are the property of Basement Waterproofing Atlanta and are protected by copyright.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
